Portfolio-wide deliverable visibility
See every CDRL, option year, quarterly report, and service-log signature across your entire contractor pool — in a single dashboard. No more chasing CORs for status updates.
Standardized CPARS-ready data
Contractors log task completion with GPS-stamped signatures and timestamped deliverables. Your CPARS inputs assemble themselves from structured data instead of memory.
Re-compete heads-up alerts
Automated 180 / 90 / 60 / 30-day alerts before option years and periods-of-performance expire. Preserves continuity and prevents unplanned gaps in contractor coverage.
Zero-friction contractor onboarding
Contractors import existing portfolios from PDF, Word, Excel, or CSV, including exports from Deltek Costpoint and Unanet. No SF1449 required, no manual re-entry. Most tenants are live within an hour of signup.

Security & compliance posture

What is in place today, what is in progress, and what comes later, stated plainly. Enterprise customers receive security questionnaire support and redlined MSA review.

AWS FedRAMP-authorized infrastructure
In place
Hosted on AWS infrastructure that holds FedRAMP Moderate authorization. ManageMyGov runs in AWS’s FedRAMP Moderate-authorized US East region and inherits AWS’s physical, network, and hypervisor security controls.
Customer isolation and MFA
In place
Every customer gets its own database, and MFA is required for every user on every plan. Details on the Security page.
SOC 2 Type II
In progress
Controls are monitored continuously in our compliance platform. A SOC 2 Type I attestation comes first, followed by Type II.
CMMC Level 2
In progress
Self-assessment against the 110 NIST SP 800-171 controls is in progress, with evidence tracked control by control.
FedRAMP authorization for ManageMyGov
Future
ManageMyGov itself is not FedRAMP authorized, and no authorization is in process today. We plan to pursue one with an agency sponsor. If your agency could sponsor, we would like to talk.
AWS GovCloud (US)
Planned
Production runs in AWS us-east-2. A GovCloud (US) account is set up and baselined; a dedicated deployment can be scoped for an agency or contractor whose work requires it. The platform is not approved for Controlled Unclassified Information today.

Let's talk about your contractor portfolio.

We'll walk through a pilot scope, pricing, security questionnaire coverage, and procurement vehicle options. No sales engineer roulette — you'll talk with the team building the product.
